Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with the first letter capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

"Goods" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
"Order" means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
"Service" refers to the Website.
"Website" refers to Xmperor, accessible from www.xmperor.com.
"You" means the individual accessing the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Weekday Orders: Orders placed on weekdays will be shipped within 24 hours.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be processed and shipped on the following Monday, as our warehouse and logistics staff do not work weekends.
In general, delivery takes 3–18 business days, depending on your country or region.
Please note: Unforeseen delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or customs issues. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, and you can also track your package from your account.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur.
We work with trusted logistics partners including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others.
Discreet Shipping and Billing
Packaging: No logo or descriptive text on the outside of the packaging
Label: The shipping label address comes from UC Customer Service and does not mention anywhere. Your name will appear as specified in the shipping details during checkout.
We can ship packages to PO Boxes, UPS stores, FedEx stores, or any other location that accepts packages and can be picked up.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. It may take 1–3 days for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier. This is normal. If tracking does not update for an extended period, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Xmperor is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our warranty department to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns or Exchanges
To request a return, please contact us via email at support@xmperor.com.
Please do not directly refuse the package or return it to the shipping address on the box, as it may not be valid for returns or exchanges. Once we receive your email, we will verify your case and assist you accordingly.
